Greder Lemke

Greder Lemke brings over 15 years of leadership experience in healthcare, with a strong foundation in laboratory operations, credentialing, and regulatory compliance. She previously owned and operated a laboratory setup and credentialing business and served as a Histopathology Department Supervisor within a large healthcare system in Florida. Her expertise includes building and uplifting high-performing teams, designing efficient systems, analyzing operational data, and ensuring compliance with international accrediting agencies such as the College of American Pathologists (CAP). Greder is the founder of EvolveWell Consulting Group, where she integrates operational excellence with a holistic vision for human-centered growth.

Steven Lemke

Steve Lemke is a world-renowned throws coach with 40 years of coaching experience and is currently serving as the Throws Coach at the Reliance Sports Foundation in India. He joined the foundation in 2023 and operates out of their National Athletics High Performance center in Navi Mumbai. Lemke is known for his work with India's elite javelin talent, including Asian Games silver medalist Kishore Kumar Jena, as well as Sahil Silwal, and Vikrant Malik. 

Career Highlights & Background

Before moving to India, Lemke built a legendary reputation in the NCAA and on the international stage:

  • University of Florida (2005–2021): Served 16 years with the Florida Gators, coaching athletes to 10 individual NCAA Division I titles and 35 SEC titles.

  • University of Virginia (2022–2023): Had a brief, successful stint as an assistant coach for throws, where he was named the 2023 Southeast Regional Assistant Coach of the Year.

  • In Lemke’s NCAA coaching career, he has coached a total of 15 NCAA individual champions.

  • International Roles: He has served as a national throws coordinator for Australia and Norway, coaching nine Olympians and multiple World Championship medalists.

  • Lemke served as an Olympic coach during the 1996, 2000, 2004 & 2008 Olympics and has coached athletes competing in a total of six Olympic Games.

  • Personal Achievement: A former athlete himself, Lemke was an All-American javelin thrower at South Dakota State University.
